Favorite Place
The co-existence space in the Kosher Halal Co-op. Also the dining hall in the Kosher Halal Co-op. Also the kitchen of the Kosher Halal Co-op. Also the bathroom on the basement level of Talcott which is right next door to the Kosher Halal Co-op (they say I have to keep these answers PG but let's just say I took the browns to the super bowl in that bathroom many a time if you know what I mean ;)))
Favorite Class
I loved Odyssies and Identites, my first year seminar taught by Kirk Ormand, because of the amazing community that developed out of that class and because I am now convinced that every story is the story of the Odyssey. I also loved Ellen Wurtzel's Women in Medieval and Early Modern Europe class, because Ellen is the best and becuase the Early Modern Period is also the best.
Clubs & Organizations
Chabad at Oberlin
Challah Cappella
Experimental College
Oberlin Student Theater Association
Piscapo's Arm
Oberlin's only arm-based sketch comedy group
and Kosher Halal Co-op (no relation to sketch comedy or arms)
Notable Quote
"'All men must die' - A Song of Ice and Fire" - My actual yearbook quote from when I was in middle school what was wrong with me.
Memorable Oberlin Moment
The beauty of Oberlin is that no one memory stands out as "most memorable." My entire four year experience is one beautiful collage of amazing moments spent with close friends, incredible classes, and in one of the most special places and communities I've ever had the privilege to be a part of. But, if I had to pick just one memory, I'd say it would be taking the browns to the super bowl in the Talcott basement bathroom if you know what I mean ;)))))))
Graduation Date
05/25/2020
Future Plans
Either attending Yeshiva and studying Judaics or taking an hour-long shower sitting down (if you've never sat in the shower before, try it you coward)
