I've learned so much about life from my time as Picklemaker for the Kosher Halal Co-Op. When you put the right ingredients together, isolate them, care for them, and give them some time, you are left with an end product greater than the sum of its parts and can last longer than they otherwise would. Thank you all for fermenting with me, it's been a delicious ride and I'm excited to see the way you all enhance the flavors wherever you go.
