Hi, Im Grace Blinkoff. Im graduating from Oberlin with a major in Neuroscience and a minor in English. I know Im biased, but Oberlin has truly been the perfect fit for me. In simplest terms, this campus is an explosion of intelligence and creativity. Oberlin offers an incredibly well-rounded educational and college experience that leaves you feeling more confident, more competent (in a wide variety of fields), and most importantly, more complete. As an Obie, Ive been able to cultivate several different aspects of myselfmy love for running, writing, composing, dancing, performing, and so on. Im so grateful to have been able to take all sorts of wacky, diverse courses like The Psychology of Creativity, the Anthropology of Music, and Music and Embodied Cognition, as well as several classes in the conservatory. As a result, I feel much rounder and better equipped to apply my multifaceted self in the post-college world. I obviously wish I had more time here to become even rounder, but overall, I am more than happy with my Oberlin experience.

Yes, this past summer in Stockholm, Sweden. I studied Affective Neuroscience and Lifespan Psychology.

Literature and the Scientific Revolution--taught by the brilliant Professor Wendy Hyman. Taking this course was the best of both worlds for me (science and literature!).
