About Me

Oberlin provided me the exact kind of education one should hope to obtain from a college experience. In addition to providing an environment of academic rigor and allowing me to find a love for historical research, it also provided a space for me to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, and allowed for a challenge to many of my philosophical beliefs. Oberlin is a place where my love for history went from a hobby to a career path, a place where I cultivated my passions for psychology and political philosophy, a place where I met people who pushed me to be my best, and a place where I have developed immensely as a person.
