Hello, my name is Nina, I use they/them, and I'm salty that Oberlin doesn't have a linguistics department. I lived on Scifi Hall all 4 years, getting gayer each year, blossoming into a non-binary bisexual disaster. My hobbies include acting drunk while sober, playing drums in a punk band, and knitting. You can find me on most days hiding in my room or sleeping in public. After graduation, I plan on aimlessly wandering between dead-end jobs. Or decoding the lost language of Quechua quipus. Or becoming a rock star. I haven't decided yet.

Native Languages of the Americas, taught by Jason Haugen. This class solidified my interest in linguistics, and got me into indigenous languages.
